All Sales Are Final. No Refunds or Credit. If we verify that we made an error on our end, we will re-print the order. Also, printing is not a perfect science and in the rare occurrence that you receive a defective order, we will promptly investigate and reprint it.
What you should do when you receive a product that is perceived to have defects:
Notify us by email (contact@printingexplorer.com) within 24 hours of your receipt of the items. Our helpful Customer Service Representatives will take the details of your order and assign a number for investigation. They may ask for photos of the product as you have received them.
We reserve the right to request that 100% of the items be returned within 15 days to us prior to reprinting. All new charges related to expediting printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason.
